Where We Ship
We deliver to addresses across the entire United Kingdom. Wherever you are in the UK, your BrowLift order will reach you — fully tracked from dispatch to doorstep.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, peak periods, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. Any free-shipping threshold will be displayed on the product page and at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contact@browlift.co.uk and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please get in touch and we'll investigate with the courier and make it right.
