Our Guarantee

We want you to love your brows. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order, in line with the terms below. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, contact us at contact@browlift.co.uk with your order number. You then have 14 days to return the goods.

Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible, items should be returned in their original condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products may only be returned where they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods.

• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: full refund or replacement.
• Unopened items returned within the window: refunded once received and inspected.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@browlift.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with instructions and, where applicable, a return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Return Shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return postage. For change-of-mind returns, we cover the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refund Processing

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. This does not affect your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed products.
